Shipping

We're located in China and all orders will be shipped via tracked parcels. Orders typically arrive in most countries within 5-28 business days, buyers please be patient.

All items come in an elegant gift box designed to beautifully showcase your jewelry.

Most packages leave in 1-3 business days after orders confirmed. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, out of stock items or peak days.

Out of stock items require 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Made-to-order items (changing stones, colors, ring size etc.) require 15-30 business days.

Orders will be shipped via China Post ePacket with tracking number.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and any urgent shipping requests will gladly be accommodated by contacting us.

All orders are insured and tracked, so you never have to worry about your purchase being lost in transit.

Money Back Guarantee

We want you to love your jewelry from AC. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 15 days to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. We will carefully inspect the returned item and refund the full amount, provided it is in its original condition with all certificates, accessories, and package.

Because of the nature of these items, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

✔ Items on sale with a discount of 50% or greater
✔ Items that have excessive wear or have been damaged

Return and Exchange Details
✔ Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you send anything back.
✔ Pack the item securely and use the original package.
✔ Return it using registered mail with delivery confirmation as we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages, or packages lost in the mail.
✔ All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
✔ You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
